Wonderful Beach home!!<\/h3>

We had the best beach vacation at this house! It is absolutely beautiful and the hosts have absolutely everything you could ever want to feel at home. I went with my two young children on our first vacation with just us and I felt very safe in this gated community. I loved sitting on the deck and listening to the waves at night. There are beautiful views of the bay. Every turn you make in this house is just as amazing as the next! Each room feels like a master bedroom- they are huge! I can not even tell you my favorite spot in the house. The living room has amazing windows and huge ceiling with a comfortable sitting area, the kitchen is organized very well and makes you enjoy cooking up a good meal, counter top table to eat is so inviting for everyone, the deck furniture is absolutely perfect, the showers make you feel luxurious, and the beds are so comfortable and plenty of space, the garage is huge, TWO beach wagons to use for convenience, washer\/dryer upstairs and downstairs, plenty of space for everyone. The list goes on, seriously! I absolutely loved my coffee while my kids loved to eat at the adorable kids table on the deck every morning. The color scheme and decor it\u2019s absolutely relaxing. I can not say enough. We are already planning more vacations here. Thank you for a wonderful stay and amazing response time to every question we ever had before, during, and after our vacation. So excited to go back!<\/p><\/div>

Callista was our home away from home. Everything about the vacation, from booking it to coming home was amazing. The owners are fantastic. The house is perfect in all kinds of ways. There are so many convenient features at the house. A couple things we loved were the ice machine, extra fridge for drinks, outdoor shower and hose to clean off. The beach is a short walk. The community pool, tennis court, basketball were all great additions. If you are looking for a great place to stay, this is your place. We made such great memories. Steph and Justin’s property was like a “home away from home”. Their property is well maintained and VERY clean. There is every dish and utensil you can imagine in the kitchen. I love having the washing machine and dryer in the unit. The parking areas under the unit are very convenient. We really enjoyed having our morning coffee on the patio. You could hear music from nearby businesses in the evenings when outside, but we couldn’t hear it inside at all. We really appreciated having access to the barbecue grill and beach toys, etc.
\nWe’ve rented other properties in other states before using VRBO and the process was much more lengthy and difficult. Steph made the process quite easy.
\nWe had a great family spring break vacation in Gulf Shores and would definitely rent Steph and Justin’s property again!

From June 23 thru June 30th, we stayed at Sandy Properties in Gulf Shores AL. What a great place to vacation. First, the owners are quality people to deal with. The property is top notch. Everything you need is provided, all you need to do is bring food. As far as closeness to the beach is concerned, I’m 82 years old and one day I walked there. Beach equipment (chairs, umbrellas etc.) are available. Comfortable living quarters and quiet surroundings are yours. This was our first ever vacation but I\u2019m convinced it will always be my favorite. I am a single mom with two teenage boys. We had a BLAST! The condo was awesome – all the comforts of home and even better, the owners are wonderful people! I could not have asked for better communication. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. They are very accommodating- now I\u2019m spoiled and I feel like this will be our yearly vacation spot. My family (myself, wife, 4 kids) stayed at this Condo and had a great time. It\u2019s in a quiet neighborhood, which was great because I\u2019ve stayed in hotels before and there were wild and crazy loud people up all night. A Condo is the way to go.\u00a0 This place is very clean.\u00a0 There\u2019s also cable tvs in every room, internet, a porch, a swing, washer, dryer and everything we needed when we got there. Even a gift waiting on us when we arrived. It\u2019s so close to everything we wanted to do in Gulf Shores. Without a doubt we will stay again!<\/p>

First, we booked last minute and Sandy Properties went above and beyond to help us! Then the condo was terrific. It literally had everything my family needed-3 bedroom, 2 bath, chairs & toys for the beach, a grill, you name it. The duplex is wonderful! Close to the beach and many great eating places, some we walked to! We had meals on the balcony when we ate at home, the kitchen is fully stocked with all needed utensils if you choose to cook. Quiet, great night’s sleep, all the linens, TV’s in every room, little extras like shampoo, body wash, etc, etc. provided. Your vehicle can be parked under roof. All couldn’t have been better. “We rented the home for 7 nights. Very clean upon arrival and there were plenty of kitchen supplies to cook what I wanted. Cupboards are loaded with dishes and the bathrooms had enough towels for everyone. There were even beah towels and beach supplies such as chairs, an umbrella, cooler, and toys to save us packing space. We had no problems with the wifi connection and the channels available on cable were enough to entertain us when we were home. The beach is less than a mile walk and there are plenty of restaurants and shopping venues within walking distance as well.

“My wedding party and I rented the condo the weekend of our event. We were booking a little last minute, but the owners were extremely fast in responding to our initial inquiry and then they were very prompt in answering any follow up questions we had. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach, and it’s by so many neat restaurants. The rental is really spacious, has a lovely porch to relax on, nice sized bedrooms and it’s decorated really nicely. There is also a shed with things for beach visits and grilling! We really enjoyed our stay at this Beach house! It is very clean and is decorated very nice. It has an open floor plan that is great for families. It is in walking distance to so many restaurants and close to the Gulf Shores nightlife. The beach is only a couple blocks away. It may not be walking distance for families with small children, but the public beaches have parking that does not cost very much. I would definitely recommend this house for anyone looking to visit the Gulf Shores area. We plan to go back again!<\/p>

I had a good experience with my stay. Everything was clean and tidy. The view from the balcony was so pretty! There is a lot of fun activities nearby. The location is very convenient for shopping, dining and a short walk to the beach! I highly recommend this to everyone!

My family just returned from a great four night stay at the facility. It is a beautiful place that is well stocked with the amenities needed to stay there. It is located a reasonable walk or a very short drive from the best public beach in Gulf Shores. I would not hesitate to return or recommend it to another.
